What's cooking in Gracie's kitchen?

Last night I may have been paying a little too much attention to the Bachelor and not to my dear sweet daughter.

Grace came in and started "feeding" me. (Nothing was on the spoon...) I said, "Oh, yummy, what is it?"

"A spoon." She replied so certainly. To which Mike and I laughed pretty hard.

"Oh, well what are you cooking in the pot?"

"Penguin." To which Mike and I died laughing.

I'm not sure how many points penguin is, but I think she paid me back for not playing with her.

Tell Gracie she needs to come here and cook me some penguin. Her and Ally would get along so well.

Hi Veronica...I am finally back to the blogging world! I love Gracie's smile in that picture on your sidebar. It is one of those smiles that you just can't help but smile too! WOW You made A LOT of goals this year. I am surprised you can keep up with any of them let alone all of them. I am very impressed. I will tell you something about holding FHE...we made that resolution when Austin was about 2 and we have actually done pretty good since BUT I don't think we would still be doing it if you we hadn't started when they were young because it has just gotten harder with more kids and school, homework, other activities, etc. But when Austin was that little we would only hold a 2 min lesson, sing some songs and have a snack or play a game. I wouldn't make it too hard or too long and then it seems easier to fit in. I promise if you start now, it may not get easier but it becomes a habit. I will be posting on my blog now so you can by and visit anytime!
