In preschool that morning we talked about birds - and the kids were really excited to see a goose and her little babies near the Elephants.

So, a little un-funny story. Max has been potty trained for a few months now. He had been accident free for over a month, but wouldn't you know it, he had one right in the middle of the zoo. Well I had promised Grace I would let them play at the park at the zoo but after his accident we had to go. I had a change of clothes for him, but his shoes were soaking wet. Grace screamed at the top of her lungs the WHOLE way home "YOU DON'T KEEP YOUR PROMISES!" over and over and over and over. I admit I started screaming back "What did you want me to do, have him walk around in wet shoes?" and she shouted back, "No! I wanted you to make him go in the toilet!" How sensible of her, why didn't I think of that? Not my shining moment as a mom.

HAhahahah! Grace cracks me up! What a funny girl! WE need to come down and have a zoo day before it gets too hot...
Awww, gotta love the accidents in public places! And on the shoes! That is the best! haha Just remember that we have all been through it! And Grace's response was priceless! :)
If you do a zoo day I want to go with you guys :) That looks like fun and Grace is dang funny LOL
